| Britney Spears Former Husband Kevin Federline Says Allegations Fabricated - Post Chronicle Posted: 10 Sep 2010 08:22 AM PDT Britney Spears Former Husband Kevin Federline Says Allegations Fabricated Britney Spears' former husband has defended her against sexual harassment and child abuse claims. Kevin Federline is adamant allegations contained in a lawsuit filed by Britney's former bodyguard Fernando Flores yesterday (08.09.10) - which allege the 'Toxic' singer sexually harassed him and physically beat her son Sean Preston with a belt - are fabricated. Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said: "He is satisfied the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem." Kaplan added Kevin - who has primary custody of his and Britney's children, Sean Preston, four, and three-year-old Jayden James - asked the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services to investigate the claims and found no wrongdoing by his ex-wife. He added: "I think the timing of this and the nature of the allegations speak for themselves." In documents filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court, Fernando - who quit as Britney's bodyguard in June - describes five instances where the 28-year-old singer, exposed herself or made sexual advances towards him. He also alleges she engaged in sexual intercourse in the same hotel suite as her sons and claims she fed them crabmeat, despite knowing of their allergies to seafood. | Britney Spears denies lawsuit claims - Detroit Free Press Posted: 10 Sep 2010 05:45 AM PDT "Circus" singer Britney Spears is denying allegations that she sexually harassed former bodyguard Fernando Flores and says an investigation regarding allegations of child abuse is already closed. "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself," Spears said in a statement posted to her Web site Thursday after details of Flores' lawsuit were leaked Wednesday to TMZ.com. "The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without further action." Spears did not say when the investigation was conducted. The department doesn't release details of its inquiries. Flores said in his lawsuit that Spears repeatedly exposed herself to him and made other unwanted sexual advances. He also said she used his belt to discipline her young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and behaved inappropriately in front of them on various occasions. According to Flores' court filings, he began working for Spears in February but left her security detail in June. He's seeking unspecified damages and also is suing his former employer, Advanced Security Concepts Corp. The first hearing in his case is scheduled for Jan. 25. | Kevin Federline Denies Child Abuse Claims Against Britney Spears - Shockya.com Posted: 10 Sep 2010 06:42 AM PDT Click Here for the latest Celebrity Gossip Share Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is stating that the child abuse claims aimed at ex-wife Britney Spears by former bodyguard Fernando Flores are "baseless and motivated by money," the Associated Press reported on September 8. Flores worked on Spears' security detail, and in his new lawsuit, is suing for sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit is claiming the singer repeatedly exposed herself to Flores, and punished her young sons with his belt. Kaplan said his client takes any allegations of child abuse by Spears seriously, and feels that Flores' claims "are products of emotional motives." Federline has custody of his sons with Spears, Sean Preston and Jayden James, while she has substantial visitation. The couple reached an agreement in 2008, and neither has tried to change it in nearly a year. Spears' publicist, Holly Shakoor, wouldn't comment on Flores' lawsuit. Pop princess Britney Spears and her son Jayden James, 4 on Sunday, admired the water fountain in the Calabasas mall after eating lunch at Johnny Rockets today (September 10). Big brother Sean Preston, 5 on Tuesday, was not with the duo. The 28-year-old mother of two was sporting quite the rock on her ring finger! Could the Oops!... I Did It Again singer be ready to wed for the third time? We can't wait to hear if Brit's man, talent agent Jason Trawick, popped the question.
