Shayne Lamas Former Bachelor Winner Elopes in Vegas - E Canada Now

Former Bachelor winner Shayne Lamas eloped in Las Vegas over the weekend, but not with the bachelor she won on the show. Lamas married Nik Richie, a website founder instead. The two met a short 24 hours prior to their quick run down the aisle.

Lamas is the daughter of actor Lorenzo Lamas. She currently stars in an E! network reality show about her life as a Lamas. Lamas won season 12 of the popular dating show The Bachelor, in which she became engaged to Matt Grant. Unfortunately, after winning the final rose, the engaged couple broke up a few months after the final episode aired.

Richie operates the website, TheDirty.com. The site evaluates pictures of women in various stages of undress and posts comments that are usually quite insulting. An online website has obtained a copy of the marriage certificate. Richie's real name is listed on the certificate and is quite a mouthful, Hooman Karamian. The two wed in the elaborate "Michael Jordan Package" ceremony at the Little White Wedding Chapel. Coincidentally, the wedding was held at the same chapel as Britney Spear's infamous wedding in 2004.

Richie tweeted the word "married." Lamas posted a message on her twitter account announcing that she was married.

Britney Spears Back in the News After Photo Shoot - E Canada Now

A slimmer and hopefully wiser Brittney Spear is back in the news. She has released two versions of recent photos taken, related to her Candie's shoes advertising campaign. One version of the photos is untouched while the other is digitally enhanced. The first thing noticed about the photos is the absence of her back tattoo.

The 28 year old celebrity seems to have had her body slimmed down somewhat by means of airbrushing and exercise. In the refined photos, bruises on her legs are not as apparent as in the untouched photos. Obviously Britney Spears is proud of her body, which is apparent by the release of a set of photos that have not been made more appealing.

It appears that many people are still following the trials and tribulations of Brittney Spears. It must be said that she has kept out of the limelight recently and is no longer in the news concerning negative events in her life.

Britney Spears is seen posing in a revealing pink bikini in some of the shots advertising the shoes. It is good to see self-confidence in Britney Spears. She must have known that every inch of the untouched photos would be critiqued, as they are being carefully analyzed. People are going over every part of them, even discussing her skin differences in both sets of photos.
