The couple was seen at a club in Los Angeles over the weekend, dancing to Britney's hits. Lynne and Jamie were married for 30 years before divorcing in 2002. The family's break-up has often been cited as a factor in Britney's personal difficulties throughout the decade. However, in a 2002 People interview, the pop star said that she was quite happy that her parents were divorcing. "It's the best thing that's ever happened to my family. My mom and dad, bottom line, do not get along. When I was a baby, they argued. I wanted this to happen 10 years ago," she told the magazine. There's no word from Britney's representatives as to how she feels about the reported reconciliation. Jamie Spears retains conservatorship over his daughter.
